Then we’ll go upstairs into the demonstration kitchen at Libbie Mill-Midtown for some pointers on making his favorite holiday dish. Butcher/chef Tanya Cauthen of Belmont Butchery and Scuffletown Garden’s Adam Campbell show attendees how they break down a pig and share their knowledge on how to use some of the lesser-known cuts. After the lesson, pork small plates and complementary drinks for all. $40
