Thirty years ago, Walter Bundy traveled to Duck, N.C. and realized from Blue Point chef Sam McGann that cooking was artistic and that he could maybe make a career out of it. Shagbark chef Bundy and mentor McGann are together again for this four-course lunch featuring coastal cuisine. $75 The perfect nonprofit beneficiary is the Oyster Shell Recycling Program.
