Harvest from the Fertile Crescent Dinner at Blue Bee

Join Chef Marcelle Afram for a Middle Eastern feast celebrating the end of a fruitful harvest. This five-course dinner will be hosted at Blue Bee Cider, the South’s first urban cidery and founder of South’s first urban apple orchard. Chef Marcelle will pull from the many cuisines of the Middle Eastern region, incorporating apples and ciders from Blue Bee’s orchard. Richmond-area author, Roben Farzad will join us to share stories about the Persian community in Virginia and its cultural traditions around the love for fruit.
