The educational and entertaining day starts with an interview and book-signing with Gabrielle Hamilton for all attendees at 10 a.m., and includes a special break-out class at 12:45 with Cherry Bombe's Kerry Diamond and Chef Kristen Kish. Classes in the Fire Track sponsored by Wolf Gourmet, Flour Track sponsored by Hayden Mills and the Fork (& Steak Knife) Track by Virginia Beef Council.
